NEVOSYN & NEVOCID M SERIES
The NEVOSYN & NEVOCID M dye group is a versatile and comprehensive range for dyeing and printing wool, polyamide, and silk. This dye group offers recommendations for dyeing wool and wool blends.
The NEVOSYN & NEVOCID M series consists of strong 1:2 metal complex dyes with very high wet fastness and lightfastness properties. Excellent fastness values and economical recipes are achieved in medium to dark shades. Thanks to their compatibility combinations, they provide excellent repeatability. The auxiliary chemical designed specifically for this dye series, NEVOPAL HA/WE, ensures safe and even dyeing.
NEVOSET SERIES
NEVOSET dyeing group is a versatile and comprehensive group for dyeing and printing wool, polyamide, and silk.
This dyeing group offers recommendations for dyeing wool and wool blends. The NEVOSET series is a mixture of modified and strong 1:2 metal complex, acid, and reactive dyes with high wet fastness and light fastness. With the NEVOSET dyeing group, a wide range of colors can be achieved. Almost all fashion shades, including bright colors, can be economically dyed using simple combinations of these dyes (from light to dark). Thanks to combination compatibility, it ensures excellent represubility.
Especially designed for this dye series, the NEVOPAL SET auxiliary ensures safe and level dyeing.
NEVOMINA MF & NEVONOL SERIES
NEVOMINA MF & NEVONOL dyes are used for wool, silk, polyamide, wool/polyamide blends, and wool component blends with acrylic, polyester, and cellulosic fibers.
NEVOMINA MF & NEVONOL dyes are metal-free acid dyes with very good migration properties.
NEVOLAN SERIES
The NEVOLAN dye group consists of 1:1 metal complex dyes with high leveling power.
NEVOLAN group dyes can be applied at a strong acid pH, which enables very even dyeing in woolens that have undergone carbonizing processes, and in woolen fabrics of any type of weave density. The desired pH is adjusted to 1.9–2.4 by adding sulfuric acid.
Specifically designed for this dye series, the auxiliary Nevopal PLUS ensures safe and even dyeing.
NEVOSOL SERIES
NEVOSOL dyes contain α-bromoacrylamide reactive groups that react with the amino groups of wool fibers, meeting the machine washable wool requirements of the Australian Wool Innovation (AWI) Woolmark standard and providing excellent wet fastness properties.
When used with NEVOPAL SOL under acidic conditions, NEVOSOL dyes exhibit good leveling properties. They offer a wide range of colors, excellent lightfastness (even for light colors), and very good leveling properties.
NEVODUO SX SERIES
The NEVODUO SX dye group ensures excellent dyeing of PES/WO and PES/WO/Lycra blends in ratios ranging from 55:45 to 70:30 with an excellent balance.
NEVOSPERSE S SERIES
NEVOSPERSE S series is a dispersing dye group with high sublimation fastness. Thanks to these properties, it is very suitable for working under different and high heat fixing conditions such as exhaust, thermosol, and printing.
NEVOSPERSE DS & FD SERIES
NEVOSPERSE DS & FD series enable fast and safe dispersing dyeing. Thanks to their medium molecule properties, they provide dyeing with shorter dyeing times.
NEVOSPERSE E SERIES
NEVOSPERSE E series dispersing dyes provide dyeing with a suitable leveling addition at low temperatures thanks to their small molecule properties.
NEVOCED SERIES
NEVODIS® offers a wide range of cellulose dyes for different applications. It provides excellent value with the high-performance NEVOCED group reactive dyes for special color tones and specific fastness requirements.
NEVOCELL SERIES
The NEVOCELL dye series consists of metal-free and metal complex direct dyes suitable for dyeing cotton and regenerated cellulose alone or in blends.
When combined with high exhaustion values and low salt requirements, it enables low water and energy consumption in the dyeing of cellulosic materials.
